吉林市人事局,几年来围绕市委、市政府“振兴吉林、畜民强市”的发展目标,不断解放思想,更新观念,适时进行两个调整,在建设发展“三个制度”、“三个体系”的基础上,紧紧围绕经济建设和社会发展,改革人事制度,开展整体性人才资源开发,调整人才布局,构筑人才支撑体系,建设“三支队伍”,提供高质量人事人才服务,做了许多扎实细致富有成效的工作,有的工作并有所创新。本刊将陆续刊登他们工作中的一些主要做法,供大家在工作中学习参考。
