我们以无比喜悦的心情送别了硕果累累的2000年,迎来了21世纪的第一个年头——2001年。 2001年既是新世纪的起始年,也是我国人民在以江泽民为核心的党中央领导下,高举邓小平理论伟大旗帜,认真贯彻落实十五届五中全会精神,实施第十个五年计划的第一年。既是我国经济和社会发展保持良好势头,乘胜前进的关键一年,也是按照党中央的部署进行国民经济结构性战略调整起好步的重要一年。所以,要保证新世纪、新时期有一个良好的开端,做好2001年的工作十分重要。
