Wright和Smith氏于1897年提出用凝集反应(現称試管凝集反应)診断布氏菌病以来,一直被认为是一种較好的診断方法。自1928年Huddleson氏提出利用快速血清凝集反应(现称平板凝集反应)診断布氏菌病,于氏等并建議用它代替操作比較麻煩的試管凝集反应。1937年Fleischhaner氏建議用牛奶环状反应診断奶牛的布氏菌病之后,布氏菌病的診断方法更臻完善。我国利用Fleischhaner氏法进行檢疫却较少,仅1957年刘氏等首次作了初步报告。 1959年,我們曾在南昌市某奶牛場,利用牛奶环状反应、血清试管凝集反应及平板凝集反应等方
Since Wright and Smith proposed in 1897 to diagnose Brucellosis by the agglutination reaction (now called test tube agglutination), it has been considered as a better diagnostic method. Since 1928 Huddleson’s proposed the use of rapid serum agglutination (now known as the plate agglutination reaction) to diagnose brucellosis, and so on and proposed to use it instead of operating cumbersome tube agglutination. Fleischhaner’s diagnosis of brucellosis in dairy cattle in 1937 following the recommendation of cow’s milk loop reaction led to a better diagnosis of brucellosis. The use of Fleischhaner’s method in our country for quarantine is less, only in 1957, Liu et al made a preliminary report for the first time.
