The development of MWD and stratigraphic evaluation techniques has further improved the data collection of strata and the related data and information, resulting in lower production costs and higher operational efficiency. New developments include cable shock and logging tools; formation evaluation NMR and pulsed neutron instrumentation; NMR fluid properties; oilfield chemical stratigraphy; module instrumentation samplers; and CD / ROM.
