本文提出了用于软底板的长壁生产系统的四柱掩护支架结构特性。研究中以分底座和分掩护梁结构的掩护支架为分析对象,充分考虑了顶梁的非正常载荷及其对双扭线四连杆机构变形的影响,给出了典型弯曲和扭转变形的例子,提出了顶梁、掩护梁和四连杆上重要的力和力矩的分解图。根据材料的力学特性,计算了产生变形所需的力和力矩的近似的最小值,并证明了采用包括三维在内的多维设计技术的必要性。
This paper presents the structural characteristics of a four-post shield support for longwall production systems on soft backplanes. In the study, the shield supports with sub-base and sub-shield beams were taken as the analysis object, and the abnormal load of roof beam and its influence on the deformation of double-twisted four-bar linkage were fully considered. Examples of typical bending and torsional deformation , Put forward the roof beams, shield beams and four links on the important force and moment of decomposition. Based on the mechanical properties of the material, the approximate minimum values of the forces and moments required to produce the deformation are calculated and the necessity of using multidimensional design techniques including three dimensions is demonstrated.
