[目的]了解婚前检查人群中梅毒感染状况,以便制定有效预防措施,减少和阻断梅毒的传播,提高人口素质。[方法]对日照市2000～2004年婚前医学检查人群梅毒感染情况进行分析。[结果]检查15325人,梅毒感染率为0.26%,男性高于女性,司机、机关干部高于其他职业人员。[结论]婚检人员中有人是梅毒感染者,建议对高危人群在结婚前进行梅毒等疾病的检测。 [Objective] To understand the status of syphilis infection among premarital people so as to formulate effective preventive measures to reduce and block the spread of syphilis and improve the population quality. [Methods] The syphilis infection in premarital medical examination population in Rizhao from 2000 to 2004 was analyzed. [Results] 15325 people were examined, the infection rate of syphilis was 0.26%, the male was higher than the female, the driver and the organ cadres were higher than other professionals. [Conclusion] Some people in premarital department were infected with syphilis. It is suggested that syphilis and other diseases should be tested before marriage.
