目的了解昭平县市售食品微生物指标污染状况,为食品卫生监督部门提供科学有效的监管依据。方法依据食品卫生国家安全标准《食品卫生微生物学检验》提供的标准方法进行检测,并按国家卫生标准进行结果判定。结果 2009-2011年共采集市售食品6大类360份样品进行检测,总体合格率为79.72%,其中2009年合格率为68.33%,2010年合格率为82.50%,2011年合格率为88.33%,三年合格率比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=16.47,P<0.01);检测的六个微生物指标中以细菌总数和大肠菌群的合格率较低,检验合格率比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=892.64,P<0.01)。结论昭平县市售食品微生物指标总体合格率逐年上升,但受微生物污染的状况不容乐观,应加强对食品安全的监管力度。
Objective To understand the status of microbial contamination in foodstuffs sold in Zhaoping County and to provide a scientific and effective regulatory basis for the food hygiene supervision department. Methods According to the national standard of food hygiene “Microbiological examination of food hygiene” to provide a standard method for testing, and in accordance with national health standards to determine the results. Results A total of 360 samples from 6 major categories of food were collected for testing in 2009-2011. The overall pass rate was 79.72%, of which, the pass rate in 2009 was 68.33%, the pass rate in 2010 was 82.5%, and the pass rate in 2011 was 88.33% (Χ2 = 16.47, P <0.01). The detection rate of the total number of microorganisms and the coliform bacteria in the six microbial indicators was low, and there was a significant difference in the passing rate of the test (χ2 = 892.64, P <0.01). Conclusion Zhaoping County, the overall passing rate of microbial food indicators on the market increased year by year, but the status of microbial contamination is not optimistic, should strengthen the supervision of food safety efforts.
