某石化公司加氢改质装置分馏塔底泵自投运以来,故障频发,尤其以振动超标、机械密封泄漏居多。通过分析该设备历次检修中的故障表现,应用相关理论知识进行推证,认为转子附加交变径向力和轴向力过大是造成故障的根本原因。在此基础上提出并实施了采取扩大平衡孔直径的解决措施,取得了显著的成效。实际应用结果表明:增大平衡孔的面积可以显著减小轴向力,从而有效解决泵振动大的问题。
Hydrocracking of a petrochemical company distillation unit bottom pump since commissioning, frequent failures, especially with excessive vibration, the majority of mechanical seal leakage. Through analyzing the fault performance of the previous maintenance of the equipment and applying the relevant theoretical knowledge, it is concluded that the additional radial force and axial force of the rotor are the root cause of the fault. On the basis of this, the countermeasures for expanding the diameter of balance hole have been put forward and implemented and remarkable results have been achieved. The practical application shows that increasing the area of the balance hole can significantly reduce the axial force and effectively solve the problem of large pump vibration.
