本文以DZ65×75垂直分型无箱射压机的设计为例阐述设计的步骤与过程。说明应以分析造型工艺的特点入手,根据造型工艺功能要求,结合机械的运动、力学分析,先主体后部件逐步深入的设计思想。现文中仅突出阐述了垂直分型无箱射压造型机的总体技术参数、射砂系统结构的参数、反压板起翻机构的设计计算和结构强度计算、刚度计算的方法。对于控制系统的设计方法与过程则限于篇幅而未列入。文中所列公式均系由分析各参数间关系导出的,故可供参考应用。
In this paper, DZ65 × 75 vertical sub-type box-free press design as an example to illustrate the design steps and processes. Description should be based on the analysis of the characteristics of modeling process, according to the molding process function requirements, combined with mechanical movement, mechanical analysis, the first part of the body after the gradual deepening of the design. In the present article, only the general technical parameters of the vertical sub-type boxless injection molding machine, the parameters of the structure of the shooting sand system, the design and calculation of the anti-pressure plate lifter structure, the calculation of the structural strength, and the stiffness calculation are highlighted. For the control system design methods and processes are limited to space and not included. The formulas listed in this paper are derived from the analysis of the relationship between the various parameters, it is for reference applications.
