针对煤层透气性低,抽采效果不佳的问题,开展水力压裂增透试验。利用数值模拟软件模拟单孔和三孔孔压裂情况下的起裂压力和裂纹扩展规律。基于数值模拟研究结果,确定水力压裂现场试验工艺参数,利用点式水力压裂装置进行了压裂试验。压裂后试验结果表明:煤层的透气性系数、单孔抽采量、抽采浓度分别是压裂前的18.9倍、2倍和2倍。
Aiming at the problem of low gas permeability and poor drainage effect of coal seam, hydraulic penetration test is carried out. Numerical simulation software was used to simulate the initiation pressure and crack propagation in the case of single and triple hole fracturing. Based on the results of numerical simulation, the field test parameters of hydraulic fracturing are determined, and the fracturing test is carried out by the point hydraulic fracturing device. The results of the fracturing test show that the permeability coefficient, single-hole extraction volume and drainage concentration of the coal seam are respectively 18.9 times, 2 times and 2 times before the fracturing.
