目的 :建立了三子散中栀子苷的 HPL C含量测定方法 ,研究了三子散中栀子苷的含量。方法 :运用超声波处理三子散样品并采用 HPL C法测定栀中苷的含量。结果 :栀子苷峰面积积分值与进样量的回归方程为 :Y=15 5 0 .73x+43.6 8,r=0 .9996 ,线性范围为 0 .12 2 7μg/ml~ 2 .4 4 2μg/ml。测得三子散中栀子苷含量平均为 2 .86 %。结论 :运用 HPL C法测定三子散中栀子苷的含量具有简便、快速、准确、灵敏、重现性好等优点 ,为三子散质量评价提供了依据
Objective : To establish a method for determining the content of HPL C in jasminoidin in Sanzisan and to study the content of geniposide in Sanzisan. Methods : Three sons scattered samples were treated by ultrasonic and HPL C method was used to determine the content of saponins. RESULTS: The regression equation of the area integrated value and injection volume of jasminoidin peak area was: Y=15 5 0 .73x+43.6 8,r=0.9996 , the linear range was 0 .12 2 7 μg/ml to 2. 4 4 . 2 μg/ml. The average content of geniposide in Sanzisan was 2.86%. Conclusion : The HPL C method was used to determine the content of geniposide in Sanzi San. It has the advantages of simpleness, rapidity, accuracy, sensitivity and good reproducibility. It provides a basis for the quality evaluation of Sanzi San.
