冠状动脉性心脏病是严重危害人类健康的常见疾病,遗传流行病学研究显示遗传因素在冠状动脉性心脏病的发生、发展中有重要意义。近年来随着分子生物学技术的迅速发展,从基因方面阐明冠状动脉性心脏病发生的原因将为冠状动脉性心脏病的诊治开辟一个新的领域。目前多从冠状动脉性心脏病基因突变和基因多态性对冠状动脉性心脏病遗传发病机制进行研究,现就冠状动脉性心脏病相关基因研究的进展作一综述。
Coronary heart disease is a common disease that seriously endangers human health. Genetic epidemiological studies have shown that genetic factors play an important role in the occurrence and development of coronary heart disease. In recent years, with the rapid development of molecular biology technology, elucidating the causes of coronary heart disease from the gene will open up a new field for the diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease. Currently many genetic mutations in coronary heart disease and genetic polymorphisms of genetic pathogenesis of coronary heart disease research, now on the research progress of coronary heart disease related genes are reviewed.
