以追求人的整体发展、全面发展为主要旨归的“全人教育”运动是一种理想的教育理念和追求,高职教育有不同程度重职业性轻教育性、重技能训练轻素养培育、重经济目标轻人文目标的短视现象,在高职教育改革中必须重视全人教育的重要指引作用。研究认为:高职院校开展的特色鲜明的教育教学改革需从本质上摒弃具有功利性和工具性的缺陷和不足。现代全人教育理念为我国高职人才培养提供了一个全新的有价值的视角,认为在全人教育过程中重视学科科际间的内部有机整合,通过学科之间的影响、互动和相互渗透,可以开拓新知识的领域与研究问题视野。体育学科在高职教育中的地位有待进一步得到认可,并在学科间的相互渗透影响中发挥其独特的功效,对高职院校专业人才培养产生积极影响。
