为配合南京煤气厂工艺生产的要求,中国市政工程华北设计院于1986年3月承担了该厂微型计算机数据采集系统设计。经过试验,本系统对收集全厂的各种信息(如能耗产品质量、流量、压力、温度、热值等)能提供物质保证,从而对完善企业自动化管理水平也奠定了可靠基础。微型计算机采集系统的设计,主要包括以下几部分:(1)依工艺生产要求设计数据采集系统的流程总框图;
In order to meet the requirements of the Nanjing Gas Plant’s process production, the China Municipal Engineering North China Design Institute undertook the design of the plant’s microcomputer data acquisition system in March 1986. Through experiments, this system can provide material assurance for collecting all kinds of information (such as energy product quality, flow rate, pressure, temperature, calorific value, etc.) of the whole plant, thus laying a solid foundation for improving the level of enterprise automation management.
