介绍了五凌公司大坝安全管理信息系统的建设情况,该系统由长沙监测中心站和电站监测分中心站组成,实现长沙监测中心对沅水流域电站大坝的远程监控、资料整编与分析、综合安全评估、决策支持、信息网络报送等功能。系统采用分层、面向服务体系结构,具有扩展性、兼容性以及高度智能化、自动化等特点,对国内流域梯级电站大坝安全管理信息系统的建设与管理有一定的借鉴作用。
This paper introduces the construction of dam safety management information system of Wu Ling Company. The system consists of Changsha Monitoring Center Station and Power Station Monitoring Sub-center Station, which realizes the remote monitoring and data reorganization and analysis of Yuanshui Dams by Changsha Monitoring Center, Comprehensive safety assessment, decision support, information network reporting and other functions. The system adopts hierarchical and service oriented architecture, which has the characteristics of scalability, compatibility, high intelligence and automation. It can be used as a reference for the construction and management of dam safety management information system in cascade hydropower stations in China.
