采用氯化银电极直接电位法测定矿石中的氯时,因氯化银本身溶解度较大,检测下限和重复性均不理想。选用硫化银电极,以标准硝酸银溶液电位滴定法或格氏作图法测定高、低含量的氯。测定在硝酸介质中进行,干扰元素较少,故可分取较多试样,降低测定下限,提高精密度。测定下限电位滴定法为0.02%,格氏作图法为0.002%。经参加地质部超基性岩标样的定值测定和数年生产实践考验,证明方法准确可靠(见表1表2)。并且剩余的试样溶液可测氟。
Silver chloride electrode direct potential method for the determination of chlorine in the ore, the silver chloride itself due to greater solubility, detection limit and repeatability are not ideal. Silver sulfide electrode was selected to determine the high and low levels of chlorine by potentiometric titration with standard silver nitrate solution or by Grignard mapping. Measurement in nitric acid medium, less interference elements, it can be divided into more samples, lower the lower limit of determination, improve the precision. The lower limit potential titration method was 0.02% and the Grignard mapping method was 0.002%. After participating in the determination of the Ministry of Geology ultramafic rock samples and several years of production practice test, the method proved to be accurate and reliable (see Table 1 Table 2). And the remaining sample solution can detect fluorine.
