由国家软科学项目“中国医院产权制度研究”课题组、《中国医院管理》杂志社、加拿大凤凰医院管理公司联合举办的“全国医院产权制度改革第三次研讨会”于2001年4月23日～25日在大连市召开,来自全国各省、市的81名代表出席了研讨会。 1.这次研讨会是继重庆、哈尔滨之后举行的第三次关于医院产权制度改革的研讨会。这次研讨会突出体现了三个特点:一是代表的层次高。与会代表中,既有此项研究的专家学者,又有各级医院的院长,各省、市的卫生行政部门领导。特别是国家卫生部医政司副司长刘金峰、国家卫生部卫生经济研究所所长蔡仁华教授前来参会,并为大会作学术报
The National Symposium on Hospital Property Rights Reform held by the National Soft Science Project “China Hospital Property Rights System Research” Task Force, “Chinese Hospital Management” Magazine, and Canadian Phoenix Hospital Management Company was held on April 23, 2001. On the 25th, it was held in Dalian City. 81 representatives from all provinces and cities across the country attended the seminar. 1. This seminar is the third seminar on hospital property rights reform after Chongqing and Harbin. The seminar highlighted three features: First, the level of representation is high. Among the delegates, there are experts and scholars of this research, as well as the presidents of hospitals at all levels and the leaders of the health administrative departments of provinces and cities. In particular, Liu Jinfeng, Deputy Director of the Department of Medical Affairs of the Ministry of Health and Professor Cai Renhua, Director of the Institute of Health Economics of the Ministry of Health attended the conference and gave academic reports for the conference.
