感应热处理制取双相钢/王绪、花礼先、冯惠平(北京科技大学) 本文研究了用感应热处理方法进行连续双相处理制取双相钢。为比较一般炉子和感应双相热处理的区别,试验将φS×350mm的08Mn2Si钢棒采用一次和两次淬火方法。一次淬火是将热轧状态(铁素体和珠光体组织)钢材在750℃(α+γ)两相区加热水淬。两次淬火先在940℃水淬得到完全马氏体组织,再在760℃(α+γ)两相区加热水淬。用高频在特制感应加热圈和淬火装置中
Induction Heat Treatment Preparation of Duplex Steel / Wang Xu, Hua Li Xian, Feng Huiping (University of Science and Technology Beijing) In this paper, the induction heat treatment method for continuous dual-phase preparation of dual-phase steel.
