以聚合物胶粉、硅粉等为复合助剂组分,配制了用于混凝土路面罩面修复的砂浆,以抗折强度、抗压强度及折压比为指标,采用正交试验研究了胶粉、硅粉、胶砂比和水胶比等参数对罩面层修复砂浆力学性能的影响。结果表明:在试验给定水平内,各因素对罩面修复砂浆28d抗折强度和抗压强度影响的主次顺序为胶粉掺量最大,水胶比次之,硅粉掺量第三,胶砂比最小;胶粉掺量对折压比的影响最大且最显著,随着胶粉含量的增大,折压比急剧增大。
