本文首次对BaF_2晶体进行了热锻的研究,通过光学显微镜观察了BaF_2晶体在不同温度下热锻的微观结构。分析了热锻温度对BaF_2晶体的应力-应变曲线的影响。测试了BaF_2晶体在不同气氛条件下热锻后的红外和紫外透过率曲线。讨论了热锻BaF_2晶体雾状区域形成机理。对热锻BaF_2晶体其它性能测试表明,热锻BaF_2晶体的抗压强度、硬度和抗热冲击性能均优于单晶。
In this paper, the hot forging of BaF 2 crystal was firstly studied. The microstructure of BaF 2 crystal was observed by optical microscope at different temperatures. The effect of hot forging temperature on the stress-strain curve of BaF 2 crystal was analyzed. The infrared and ultraviolet transmittance curves of BaF 2 after hot forging under different atmosphere conditions were tested. The formation mechanism of the haze region of hot forged BaF 2 crystal is discussed. The other performance tests on hot-forged BaF 2 crystal show that the compressive strength, hardness and thermal shock resistance of hot-forged BaF 2 crystal are better than that of single crystal.
