针对农村地区所出现的“低电压”问题,通过对该问题成因的分析,结合江西实际情况以及配网型静止同步补偿器(Distribution Static Synchronous Compensator,DSTATCOM)“低电压”治理原理的分析,提出了分级补偿的“低电压”治理方案。此外,针对治理设备后期运行维护问题,采用云数据及移动互联技术,提出了基于云数据的“低电压”设备状态监测系统,大大减少了运维人员的工作量。最后,通过在江西赣东北电网枫树下新村台区“低电压”治理试点,验证了利用DSTATCOM进行分级治理方案的有效性,以及基于云数据的“低电压”设备状态监测系统的可行性,也为后期大规模治理农网“低电压”问题提供了良好的借鉴。
Aiming at the problem of “low voltage” appearing in rural areas, through the analysis of the cause of the problem, combined with the actual situation in Jiangxi Province and the principle of distribution static synchronous compensator (DSTATCOM) and “low voltage” Analysis, put forward a hierarchical compensation “low voltage ” control program. In addition, aiming at the problem of late operation and maintenance of the management equipment, cloud data and the technology of mobile internet are put forward to provide a “low voltage” equipment condition monitoring system based on cloud data, which greatly reduces the workload of operation and maintenance personnel. Finally, we verify the effectiveness of DSTATCOM-based hierarchical management scheme and the “low-voltage” equipment condition monitoring system based on cloud data in Xiaxin District, Maple Shuxin, Jiangxi Province. The feasibility, but also for large-scale post-rural governance “low voltage” problem provides a good reference.
