本期“我家食谱”重点推出早餐系列。早餐的重要性很多父母都了解,但怎么做,做什么才会营养又方便,可能大家就不是太清楚了。我们特意邀请营养专家高影君老师,把他们在多年的实践中总结的具体做法提供给读者。为了让孩子吃好一日三餐,高影君老师同关桂梧等专家共同编纂了《中小学生营养餐食谱汇编》,这些食谱,针对孩子的不同年龄,所处的不同季节和不同区域,随之变化。父母既可以参照本地区的相关做法,有兴趣或条件也可以做些过去孩子没有接触过的其他的食物,也许对孩子是种新的尝试,更能引起孩子的食欲。《中小学生营养餐食谱汇编》由中国劳动社会保障出版社出版。
