目的评价中国汉族人群脂联素基因T45G多态性与2型糖尿病的相关性。方法通过PubMed、CBM、CNKI、维普和万方数据库进行文献检索,收集中国汉族人群脂联素基因T45G多态性与2型糖尿病关系的文献,在对文献进行全面回顾的基础上运用RevMan4.2软件进行Meta分析,计算合并OR值,并利用线性回归法和失效安全系数法识别发表偏倚。结果共有16篇符合条件的文献被纳入,其中9篇显示二者有相关性。对16篇文献进行Meta分析的结果表明,以野生基因型TT个体为参照,携带G等位基因的个体发生2型糖尿病危险性的OR值为1.70(95%CI为1.40~2.07,P<0.01)。结论中国汉族人群脂联素基因T45G中G等位基因携带者较易发生2型糖尿病。
Objective To evaluate the association between adiponectin gene T45G polymorphism and type 2 diabetes in Chinese Han population. Methods A literature search of PubMed, CBM, CNKI, VIP and Wanfang databases was conducted to collect literature on the association of adiponectin gene T45G polymorphism with type 2 diabetes in Chinese Han population. Based on a comprehensive review of the literature, RevMan 4.2 Meta-analysis software to calculate the combined OR, and the use of linear regression and failure safety factor method to identify publication bias. Results A total of 16 eligible articles were included, of which 9 showed a correlation between the two. Meta-analysis of 16 articles showed that the risk of type 2 diabetes was 1.70 (95% CI, 1.40 to 2.07, P <0.01) in individuals with the G allele as a reference for the TT genotype ). Conclusions The G allele of adiponectin gene T45G in Chinese Han population is more likely to develop type 2 diabetes.
