现代化管理对混凝土的配合比设计提出了新的要求。本文就混凝土强度预测及采用浮动配合比和质量控制图对混凝土的施工进行质量控制的做法作一介绍。一、试验方法用施工现场常用的不同品种、不同标号、不同产地的水泥与现场使用的砂石试配混凝土。试验时每种水泥采用8个配合比,水灰比0.40~0.75,每级相差0.05。为了给建立回归方程提供较多的数据,试验重复3次。每次成型2组试块,其中一组标准养护,另一组进行蒸汽养护。按规定的方法对试块破型试压,然后计算标养28天强度与蒸汽养护强度之间的直线回归方程。
Modern management puts forward new requirements for the mix design of concrete. This article describes the concrete strength prediction and the use of floating mix ratio and quality control chart for the quality control of concrete construction practices. First, the test method used in the construction site with different varieties, different labels, different production areas of cement and sand used on-site test concrete. In the test, 8 cements were used for each cement, and the water-cement ratio was 0.40-0.75, with a difference of 0.05 between each level. In order to provide more data for establishing a regression equation, the experiment was repeated 3 times. Two sets of test blocks were formed at a time, one set of standard care and the other set of steam curing. According to the prescribed method, the test pressure of the test block was broken, and then the linear regression equation between the strength of 28 days of standard maintenance and the strength of steam curing was calculated.
