近年来,农村激情犯罪有增无减,是个值得引起高度重视的问题。据对某基层法院调查,今年1—6月份,审判刑事案件138起204人,其中24起36人属激情犯罪,与上年同期相比上升25.4%。犯罪主体多系农村青壮年,其中文盲4人,小学12人,初中18人,高中2人,均无前科,偶尔犯罪率为100%。所谓激情犯罪,是指行为人在特定的时间、空间、环境、条件下,瞬息间丧失理智,心理失衡,一念之差发生的犯
In recent years, the increasing passion for crime in rural areas is a problem that deserves great attention. According to a grassroots court investigation, from January to June this year, there were 138 criminal cases with 204 persons, of whom 24 were violent crimes, up 25.4% over the same period of last year. The principal part of crime is rural young adults, of whom 4 are illiterates, 12 are primary schools, 18 are junior high schools and 2 are senior high schools.
