为认真贯彻《中共中央、国务院关于加强技术创新,发展高科技,实现产业化的决定》(中发[1999]14号),推动“科教兴冀”战略的深入实施,实现跨越式发展,特制定本实施意见。一、加强技术创新,发展高科技,实现产业化的主攻方向、奋斗目标和主要任务(一)主攻方向:按照统筹规划,突出重点,加强集成,着眼未来,调整结构的原则,在电子信息、光机电一体化、新材料、新能源、生物工程与新医药、环境保护、现代农业等七个重点领域,大力加强高新技术研究开发和引进、消化、吸收,组织实施高新技术产业化项目,努力在液晶显示、电力电子、光电子、软件、数字通信、生物制药、新型功能材料、环保设备、高技术育种等九个方面形成具有我省优势和特色的高新技术产业群。
