目的观察受试药物对四氯化碳(CCl4)所致小鼠急性肝损伤的影响。方法用CCl4造成小鼠急性肝损伤,以血清天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST/GOT)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT/GPT)和肝组织病理学检查等为指标,观察受试药对化学因素致小鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用。结果益肝胶囊能降低血清AST和ALT,减轻肝组织病理性损害,对CCl4所致的小鼠急性肝损伤具有保护作用。
Objective To observe the effect of test drugs on acute liver injury induced by carbon tetrachloride (CCl4) in mice. Methods CCl4 was used to induce acute liver injury in mice. Serum aspartate aminotransferase (AST/GOT), alanine aminotransferase (ALT/GPT) and liver histopathology were used as indicators to observe the test drug. Protective effects of chemical factors on acute liver injury in mice. Results Yigan capsule can reduce serum AST and ALT, reduce liver pathological damage, and protect against acute liver injury caused by CCl4 in mice.
