转眼之间,我到108小学工作已经8年多了,其间有欢笑,有泪水,但我最大的感受则是充实,这一点可是在别的学校教书的老师无法体会到的。在外语学校教外语,是一项艰巨的工作,它不仅需要耐心与细心,也需要创造。因为你面对的是充满创造力并基础比较不错的孩子,而且随着社会的发展,孩子们对英语学习的重视是不容忽视的。而社会也要求我们英语教育充满创造力。因此,我们这些英语老师更是不敢怠慢,加紧步伐,跟上社会的需要。在这8年里,我幸运地完成了从一年级到六年级的整个教学过程,收获很多,感触颇深。
In the twinkling of an eye, I have been in primary school for more than eight years. I have laughter and tears in my eyes, but my greatest feeling is enrichment. However, teachers who teach in other schools can not understand it. Teaching foreign languages in a foreign language school can be a daunting task, requiring not only patience and care but also creativity. Because you are faced with a creative and well-based children, but with the development of society, children’s attention to English learning can not be ignored. And society also demands that our English education is full of creativity. Therefore, we English teachers are even more afraid to neglect, step up their paces and keep up with the needs of the community. During these eight years, I was fortunate enough to complete the entire teaching process from the first grade to the sixth grade with a lot of experience and a deep feeling.
