应用二维和多普勒超声心动图技术，观察２２例原发性高血压病患者短期内（８周）服用依那普利后对其左心室舒张功能和心肌肥厚的影响。结果显示：服药后患者收缩压（ＳＢＰ）、舒张压（ＤＢＰ）和平均动脉压（ＭＡＰ）明显下降（Ｐ＜０．０１）。心肌肥厚者舒张期室间隔厚度（ＩＶＳＴ）、左室后壁厚度（ＰＷＴ）及左室肌重量指数（ＬＶＷＩ）均显著降低（Ｐ＜０．０１，Ｐ＜０．０５）。服药后二尖瓣前向血流速度时间积分值（Ｅｉ）明显增加（Ｐ＜０．００１），左房收缩期血流速度时间积分值（Ａｉ）和舒张早期血流速度时间积分值之比（Ａｉ／Ｅｉ）明显下降（Ｐ＜０．０１）。提示依那普利可以逆转高血压病患者左室肥厚，并改善左心室舒张功能。
The effects of enalapril on left ventricular diastolic function and cardiac hypertrophy in 22 patients with essential hypertension were observed using two-dimensional and Doppler echocardiography in short-term (8 weeks). The results showed that SBP, DBP and MAP decreased significantly (P <0.01). The diastolic interventricular septum thickness (IVST), left ventricular posterior wall thickness (PWT) and left ventricular muscle mass index (LVWI) were significantly decreased in hypertrophic myocardium (P <0.01, P <0.05). The time integral value of anterior mitral flow velocity (Ei) was significantly increased after treatment (P <0.001), and the ratio of the time integral value (Ai) of atrial systolic velocity and the integral time value of early diastolic flow velocity (Ai / Ei) decreased significantly (P <0.01). Tip enalapril can reverse left ventricular hypertrophy in hypertensive patients, and improve left ventricular diastolic function.
