近年来,学校读书活动越来越受到重视,为了让学生阅读,许多学校做了大量的工作,看似轰轰烈烈,然而效果甚微。究其原因,关键是没有形成读书氛围。其实,读书需要氛围,1990年彼得·圣吉在《第五项修炼》一书中提出了学习型组织的思想,他认为学习型组织有五个特征,其中第四个特征就是强调团队学习,而构建学校“读书共同体”是团队学习的一个重要组成部分。为此,我们开展了“教师带头读,学生跟着读,家长一起读”的读书活动。
In recent years, more and more emphasis has been placed on school reading activities. Many schools have done a great deal of work in order to allow students to read and seemingly vigorous but with little effect. The reason is that the key is not to form a reading atmosphere.
