数字图书馆社区作为用户社会化知识交流与利用的平台,其知识库的构建具有重要意义,为用户知识交流、利用与创新提供知识资源保障。文章分析了图书馆社区与用户间的交互障碍,揭示了用户群体关系和知识关联关系,同时构建了基于语义模型的数字图书馆社区知识模型。在此基础上,通过建立知识模型与知识库间的映射匹配构建了社区知识库模型,并从流程角度进行了知识库构建。
As a platform for users ’socialized knowledge exchange and utilization, the construction of knowledge base of digital library community is of great significance and provides knowledge resources guarantee for users’ knowledge exchange, utilization and innovation. This article analyzes the barrier of interaction between library community and users, reveals the relationship between user groups and knowledge, and constructs the community knowledge model of digital library based on semantic model. Based on this, we build a community knowledge base model by establishing a mapping match between knowledge model and knowledge base, and construct a knowledge base from a process perspective.
