脑出血是一种脑实质内的出血,其原因主要是脑内的血管爆裂。其发病率逐年升高,且在高龄患者中更为常见。脑出血之后会带来各种并发症,给患者生存质量带来了很大的影响严重威胁其生命健康。目前,在脑出血临床治疗中,白蛋白由于其独特的作用机制:对血小板的聚集起到了一定的抑制作用,有利于减轻脑肿胀或者脑水肿的症状,同时还能起到清除自由基的作用等,从而为急性脑出血治疗提供了良好的基础。本文对临床中应用白蛋白治疗急性脑出血的疗效进行了研究,并提出了展望,为白蛋白在临床中进一步推广应用提供参考。
Intracerebral hemorrhage is a bleeding within the brain parenchyma, the main reason is the brain blood vessels burst. Its incidence increases year by year, and is more common in elderly patients. After cerebral hemorrhage will bring a variety of complications, the quality of life of patients has a great impact on the serious threat to their lives and health. At present, in the clinical treatment of intracerebral hemorrhage, albumin has a unique mechanism because of its unique mechanism of action. It inhibits the aggregation of platelets, reduces the symptoms of brain swelling or cerebral edema, and also plays a role in the clearance of free radicals So as to provide a good foundation for the treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage. In this paper, clinical efficacy of albumin in the treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage were studied and put forward prospects for the further promotion of albumin in clinical application.
