水工混凝土不可避免地受挟沙石水流的冲刷而遭受磨蚀破坏,其破坏成因与一般受力作用机理不同。混凝土的抗磨蚀强度主要取决于各组成材料的抗磨蚀性能及其在混凝土中的含量。通过分析提出的抗磨混凝土配合比设计原则和方法,研究出的无机抗磨混凝土,不仅成本低,而且施工方便,经过施工实践验证性能优良。为了提高磨蚀破坏修补的质量,还研制了混凝土修补粘结剂,此项技术可广泛应用于混凝土各种病害层面的修补。
Hydraulic concrete is inevitably affected by the erosion of sand and water erosion erosion damage, the destruction of the cause and the general mechanism of action is different. The abrasion resistance of concrete mainly depends on the abrasion resistance of each component and its content in concrete. In order to improve the quality of the abrasion damage repair, also developed a concrete repair adhesive, this technology can be widely used in various levels of concrete repair disease.
