11月13日,首都师大举行十五重点课题开题报告会,聘请有关专家对“高师院校培养本科层次小学教师专业建设整体方案的研究与实践”课题进行论证。教育部师范司处长王源林,中央教科所所长朱小蔓,教育部课程教材研究所常务副所长吕达。北京教科院副院长张铁道。北京市教委基础处副处长关国珍,北师大心理学院教授申继亮,北京实验二小校长李烈,北京小学校长吴国通等应邀到会并发言。首都师大党委书记谢维和、副校长刘新成出席会议并讲话,副校长王万良主持会议。
