1台856Ⅲ型装载机,作业中出现转向慢且沉重现象。该机装配4WG200型变速器,电脑控制可半自动变速。转向液压泵安装在变速器上,由1根传动轴驱动2个泵(双联泵),其中主液压泵给转向液压缸供油,推动转向液压缸活塞杆;先导液压泵给工作装置先导操纵阀及转向器供油,由溢流阀控制液压油压力,先导油压要求为3.5～4 MPa。
