目的了解2015年永康市食品微生物及其致病因子污染状况,为政府食品安全监管工作提供参考。方法根据《2015年永康市食品安全风险监测方案》共采集食品样品230份,依据GB 4789系列标准等进行检测,并对结果进行分析。结果 230份样品致病菌检出率为6.52%,副溶血性弧菌检出率为55.0%,单核细胞增生李斯特菌检出率为1.76%,沙门菌检出率为0.50%。对肉及肉制品等5类180份食品进行了大肠菌群检测,阳性率为24.4%。结论永康市销售的食品中微生物及其致病因子污染状况总体良好,但仍有部分食品存在隐患。其中水产品、肉与肉制品、餐饮自制食品、鲜榨蔬果汁等食品受污染等现象比较严重,相关部门要引起重视。
Objective To understand the status of food microorganisms and their causative agents in Yongkang City in 2015 and provide references for government food safety regulation. Methods According to “2015 Yongkang food safety risk monitoring program” a total of 230 food samples collected, according to GB 4789 series of standards for testing, and the results were analyzed. Results The detection rate of pathogenic bacteria in 230 samples was 6.52%, the detection rate of Vibrio parahaemolyticus was 55.0%, the detection rate of Listeria monocytogenes was 1.76%, and the detection rate of Salmonella was 0.50%. Coliform bacteria were detected in 180 foodstuffs in 5 categories including meat and meat products with a positive rate of 24.4%. Conclusion The microorganisms and virulence factors of foodstuffs sold in Yongkang City are generally good, but there are still some food hidden dangers. Among them, aquatic products, meat and meat products, home-made foods for food and drink, freshly-squeezed fruits and vegetables and other foodstuffs are seriously polluted, and relevant departments should pay attention to them.
