随着时代的发展,社会的进步,幼儿教育越来越受到教育部门和社会的高度重视。但是现在的幼儿教师在发展过程中仍存在着一些问题,如在教师的发展群体中,普遍出现教师社会地位和待遇偏低、教师群体专业化程度不高、工作压力大等问题。对于这些问题,笔者认为可以从加强社会支持,正确评价幼儿教师、提高幼儿教师入职门槛、开展教研活动,强化教师经验交流、提高待遇,帮助教师通过自我调节消除职业压力等方式进行改进。
With the development of the times and the progress of society, preschool education is receiving more and more attention from the education departments and the society. However, there are still some problems in the process of development of kindergarten teachers. For example, in the development group of teachers, there are common problems such as the low social status and treatment of teachers, the low degree of professionalization of teachers and the pressure of work. For these problems, I think that we can improve the social support, correct evaluation of kindergarten teachers, improve the threshold of preschool teachers, carry out teaching and research activities, strengthen the exchange of teachers’ experience, improve treatment, help teachers to eliminate occupational pressure through self-regulation and other ways to improve.
