以硅藻土为基体,采用柠檬酸溶胶-凝胶法制备硅藻土/镍锌铁氧体吸波材料。采用X射线衍射、红外光谱、扫描电子显微镜、全自动真密度分析仪和网络阻抗频谱分析仪对吸波材料的晶体结构、表面形貌、密度和电磁参数进行表征。结果表明:尖晶石型NixZn1-xFe2O_4铁氧体在硅藻土表面包覆均匀致密,其密度为3.2~3.8 g/cm~3。制备的硅藻土基/Ni_(0.5)Zn_(0.5)Fe_2O_4在1~1 000 MHz频率范围内具有较好的介电损耗和磁损耗,电磁损耗角正切值之和在0.05~0.30范围内变化。当硅藻土/Ni_(0.5)Zn_(0.5)Fe2O_4的掺量为15%时,石膏板制品的最大反射率可达-6.12 d B。
Using diatomite as substrate, diatomite / nickel-zinc ferrite microwave absorber was prepared by citric acid sol-gel method. The crystal structure, surface morphology, density and electromagnetic parameters of the absorbing materials were characterized by X-ray diffraction, infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, automatic true density analyzer and network impedance spectrometer. The results show that spinel NixZn1-xFe2O4 ferrite is uniformly and densely packed on the surface of diatomite and its density is 3.2-3.8 g / cm3. The prepared diatomite / Ni_(0.5)Zn_(0.5)Fe_2O_4 has good dielectric loss and magnetic loss in the frequency range of 1 to 1 000 MHz, and the sum of the electromagnetic loss tangent values varies from 0.05 to 0.30 . When the content of diatomite / Ni_ (0.5) Zn_ (0.5) Fe_2O_4 is 15%, the maximum reflectivity of gypsum board products can reach -6.12 dB.
