目的 :提高胶质瘤细胞对化疗药物的敏感性 ,抑制胶质瘤细胞增殖 ,延缓肿瘤复发。方法 :模拟临床的给药方法 ,利用替尼泊苷 (威猛 ,VM 2 6)在不同条件下的诱导建立了鼠C6胶质瘤细胞株对VM 2 6的耐药模型。结果 :大剂量、短间隔时限给药不产生耐药性 ;而不同时间从低浓度递增给药则产生高度耐药。结论 :肿瘤细胞在短间隔时限接触化疗药物产生的耐药性不如分步长期药物作用产生的耐药性稳定和显著
Objective: To improve the sensitivity of glioma cells to chemotherapeutic drugs, inhibit the proliferation of glioma cells and delay tumor recurrence. Methods: To simulate the clinical administration method, the model of resistance to VM 2 6 in rat C6 glioma cell line was established by using teniposide (VM6 6) under different conditions. Results: High-dose, short interval time-limited drug delivery did not produce drug resistance; and at different times from the low concentration of drug delivery is highly resistant. Conclusion: The drug resistance of tumor cells exposed to chemotherapeutic drugs at short intervals is not as stable and significant as the drug resistance induced by long-term step-by-step drugs
