本文报告经病理证实的骨嗜酸性肉芽肿13例。2例具有外伤史。治疗采取手术5例,放疗4例,手术加放疗2例。效果良好,随访无复发。作者认为外伤后导致发病的因素不能排除,病理活检在该病的诊断中具有重要意义。
This article reports 13 cases of pathologically confirmed bone eosinophilic granuloma. Two cases had a history of trauma. Treatment was performed in 5 cases, radiotherapy in 4 cases, and surgery plus radiotherapy in 2 cases. Good results, no recurrence of follow-up. The authors believe that the factors causing the morbidity after trauma can not be ruled out, and pathological biopsy is of great significance in the diagnosis of the disease.
