配置方案评价是产品配置设计的关键技术之一。目前常用配置方案评价方法大都以定性评价为主,评价结果带有较大主观随意性。为客观合理地评价产品配置方案,提出一种基于层次熵分析法的配置方案评价方法。运用层次分析法(AHP)和熵技术确定评价指标权重,将层次分析法的现实合理性和熵技术的客观性相结合,使得评价结果客观合理。最后通过一铲运机配置实例对该方法进行了应用验证。
Configuration scheme evaluation is one of the key technologies in product configuration design. At present, most of the commonly used configuration scheme evaluation methods are mainly qualitative evaluation, and the evaluation results are largely subjective and arbitrary. In order to objectively and reasonably evaluate the product allocation scheme, a hierarchical evaluation method based on AHP is proposed. The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and entropy technology are used to determine the weight of evaluation index. The reasonableness of AHP and the objectivity of entropy technology are combined to make the evaluation result objective and reasonable. Finally, the method is validated by a scraper configuration example.
