随着时代的变革,社会的经济水平有着显著的提升,现代企业作为经济体中的一个重要机构,其本身有着不可忽视的力量,而人力资源管理则是现代企业中最为根本的问题。因为它是一项复杂而又繁琐的工作。所以,如何在企业的人力资源管理中运用激励机制,并不是一件简单的事情。本文就企业人力资源管理中引进激励机制的重要作用和具体形式着手展开分析,力图高效地将激励机制引入到企业的人资管理当中去。
With the reform of the times, the economic level of society has been significantly improved. As an important institution in an economy, modern enterprises have their own forces that can not be ignored. Human resources management is the most fundamental issue in modern enterprises. Because it is a complicated and cumbersome job. So, how to apply the incentive mechanism in the human resource management of the enterprise is not a simple matter. This paper starts with the analysis of the important role and specific form of the introduction of incentive mechanism in the human resources management of an enterprise and tries to introduce the incentive mechanism into the human resources management of the enterprise efficiently.
