今年5月底迁新址绝对是上海技术交易所的一件大事,新址更有利于技术交易所依托上海市研发公共服务平台已有的功能、上海市科技创业中心的科技孵化功能、上海科学院的自主研发功能,整合利用科技系统内部的成果转化、研发咨询服务等资源。从“最具技术交易潜力奖大赛”、“签约经纪人”、“技术能力中心”到国际技术转移业务网络、运用远程可视会议系统开展技术转移……上海技术交易所为什么“一不小心”总是“比别人早走了一步”?总裁王海生近日接受了本刊记者的访问,疑问顺利地找到了答案。我们毫不怀疑,钦州路100号将成为科技自主创新服务的“品牌高地”。
