目的针对碱性清洗剂对消毒供应室护理清洗质量的应用效果实施观察及分析。方法收集污染器械300件作为研究对象,同时依据不同的清洗方式,将300件污染器械随机分成研究组、参照组,两组器械件数一致。针对参照组的污染器械实施多酶清洗剂清洗,将碱性清洗剂清洗的方式应用于研究组的器械,对比观察两组器械的清洗质量情况。结果通过统计两组器械的清洗质量,研究组和参照组的清洗质量优良率分别为96.67%和83.33%,同参照组相比较,研究组优势更加明显(P<0.05);同时对比两组清洗人员对于清洗方法的有关评分情况,研究组均明显的优于参照组(P<0.05)。结论采取碱性清洗剂对医疗器件进行清洗,可以获得更高的清洗质量,对干涸血渍以及变性蛋白质等进行良好的清洗,具备较高的实用性,因此具有推广应用的价值。
Objective To observe and analyze the application effect of alkaline detergent on the quality of disinfection and supply room nursing cleaning. Methods Totally 300 contaminated instruments were collected as research objects. At the same time, 300 contaminated instruments were randomly divided into study group and reference group according to different cleaning methods. The numbers of the two groups of instruments were the same. For the reference group of contaminated equipment to implement multi-enzyme cleaning agent cleaning, alkaline cleaning agent applied to the study group of instruments, compared the two groups of instruments to observe the quality of cleaning. Results The cleaning quality of both groups was 96.67% and 83.33%, respectively. Compared with the reference group, the study group had more obvious advantages (P <0.05) The score of cleaning method was significantly higher in the study group than in the reference group (P <0.05). Conclusion Using alkaline cleaning agent to clean the medical device can obtain higher cleaning quality, dry blood and denatured proteins, such as a good cleaning, with high practicality, it has the value of popularization and application.
