妊娠合并急性阑尾炎是较常见的急腹症之一。我院收治1例28岁女性病人,妊娠12周,坏疽阑尾炎术后切口感染,长期不愈合,经治疗痊愈。现报告如下。1临床资料病人女,28岁。妊娠12周。主因无明显诱因的下腹痛及腰部阵发性疼痛并伴有恶心未呕吐5 d于201 1-02-25 15点50分入院。查体:体温37.2℃、呼吸20次/min、心率68次/min、血压90/60mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa),心、肺未见 Pregnancy complicated with acute appendicitis is one of the more common acute abdomen.
