在对目前国内外移动式救生舱舱体结构分析的基础上,避免以往救生舱舱体结构存在的不足,设计了一款新型的救生舱舱体结构模型。利用有限元ANSYS软件对设计的救生舱舱体模型进行了规范要求的瓦斯抗爆强度数值模拟试验,得到了其应力应变的分布规律。并在考虑救生舱舱体满足抗爆冲击性能和低成本要求条件下,通过数值模拟手段对该救生舱舱体模型进行了参数优化,为煤矿井下移动式救生舱舱体的研发提供了一定的理论依据。
Based on the analysis of the structure of the current domestic and foreign mobile rescue capsule, avoiding the shortcomings of the previous rescue capsule, a new model of the rescue capsule was designed. The finite element ANSYS software was used to conduct the numerical simulation test of the gas explosion proof strength of the designed rescue capsule model, and the stress-strain distribution was obtained.
