目的:研究鸡新城疫病毒(NDV)对膀胱癌细胞在体内、体外的杀伤作用。方法:采用了细胞培养和计数、光镜、电镜观察的方法及小鼠膀胱肿瘤模型(BST739)进行研究。结果:体外实验中,NDV组、卡介苗组及丝裂霉素C组对膀胱癌细胞均有明显的杀伤作用;用透射电镜观察NDV作用后的膀胱癌细胞,发现胞浆中有病毒颗粒。体内实验证明,NDV、丝裂霉素C和卡介苗对膀胱癌细胞都有一定的杀伤作用;在瘤内和瘤对侧注射NDV对膀胱肿瘤生长都有一定的抑制作用,且瘤内注射的效果远好于瘤对侧注射组。瘤内注射NDV组与对照组相比有明显的淋巴细胞浸润。结论:NDV对膀胱癌细胞在体内和体外均有一定的杀伤作用。
Objective: To study the killing effect of Newcastle disease virus (NDV) on bladder cancer cells in vitro and in vivo. Methods: Cell culture and counting, light microscopy, electron microscopy and mouse bladder tumor model (BST739) were studied. Results: In vitro experiments showed that NDV, BCG and mitomycin C had a significant killing effect on bladder cancer cells. Transmission electron microscopy was used to observe the effect of NDV on bladder cancer cells. In vivo experiments show that NDV, mitomycin C and BCG have a certain killing effect on bladder cancer cells; intratumoral and contralateral injection of NDV have a certain inhibitory effect on the growth of the bladder tumor, and the effect of intratumoral injection Far better than the tumor contralateral injection group. Intratumoral injection of NDV group compared with the control group had significant lymphocytic infiltration. Conclusion: NDV has a certain killing effect on bladder cancer cells both in vitro and in vivo.
