目的 探讨固定矫治技术中配合使用上颌前牙平面导板 (Maxillaryplanebiteplane ,MPP)的临床疗效。 方法 将临床深覆牙合需打开咬牙合病例随机分为两组 ,MPP组在固定矫治技术配合使用上颌前牙平面导板 ,对照组单纯使用固定矫治技术。MPP组覆牙合数为 (6 1± 1 3)mm ,对照组覆牙合数为 (5 9± 1 4)mm。结果 全部病例深覆牙合解除 ,矫治结束 ,MPP组打开咬牙合时间短于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,疗程明显短于对照组 (P <0 0 1)。结论 上颌前牙平面导板在固定矫治第一阶段治疗中配合固定弓丝打开咬牙合 ,可明显提高矫治效果。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of maxillary anterior planar guide plate (MPP) combined with fixed orthodontic treatment. Methods The clinical cases of deep overbite occlusal occlusion were randomly divided into two groups. The MPP group was treated with fixed orthodontic technique and the maxillary anterior planar guide plate was used. The control group was treated with fixed orthodontic technique. The number of overbite in MPP group was (6 1 ± 1 3) mm, while that in control group was (59 ± 1 4) mm. Results All cases were treated with deep overbite occlusion and the treatment was over. The time for opening the occlusion in MPP group was shorter than that in control group (P <0.01), and the course of treatment was significantly shorter than that in control group (P <0.01). Conclusion The maxillary anterior plane guide plate in the first phase of fixed orthodontic treatment with fixed arch wire open bite, can significantly improve the treatment effect.
