Tishler等曾用10％氢氧化纳溶液与2-硝基-4-氯代苯基脲(Ⅰ)相混,在蒸气浴上搅拌加热六十小时得一澄清溶液,冷却酸化,析出黄色产物,熔点85—86°,产率约53％,乙醇中重结晶后熔点为87°。他们认为所得产物为异腈酸酯(Ⅱ)
Tishler et al were mixed with 2-nitro-4-chlorophenyl urea (I) with 10% sodium hydroxide solution and heated in a steam bath for 60 hours with stirring to obtain a clear solution. The mixture was acidified by cooling and the yellow product precipitated. The melting point of 85-86 °, the yield of about 53%, ethanol after recrystallization melting point of 87 °. They think the product is isocyanates (II)
