在短短2个月内,上海神秘地产富商郑建明迅速拉起了一条从多晶硅直到组件的垂直一体化光伏产业链。作为神秘抄底手的郑见明到底是谁?回放1993年,海南地产潮退之后,郑建明进军上海房地产市场;1997年香港遭遇金融风暴,楼市价格迅速腰斩,郑见明遂进军香港楼市。2000年开始,郑建明在上海的投资进入快速扩张时期,其下属的明申实业和钱江实业开发了“明申中心大厦”、“钱江商务广场”等数个住宅及商业地产项目;彼时,海南出手整顿海南烂尾楼之际,郑建明见到其中商机,重返海南房地产市场,在收购一些烂尾楼的同时,又在海南三亚、海口等地拿地3000余亩。其投资眼光在地产业已可见一斑。
